Select entire column in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

How to select an entire column in Google Sheets

Let's say you have to select an entire column in google sheets. It could be for various reasons like copying data from the column or pasting some data into the column or deleting the column or any other reason.

There are 2 ways to do this:

1. Using mouse:
   Select the column identifier with your left mouse key.
   Eg. If I want to select the entire 'Name' column, I will just do a single click on 'A' and the entire column gets selected.

2. Using Keyboard Shortcut:
   Move the selection cell to any cell in the sheet and press 'Ctrl + Space'.
